Biography

Rebecca is a recognised thought leader and catalyst for change, with over 10 years experience building, leading, developing & managing teams. She’s passionate about helping people realise their potential and makes a positive difference through building capability.

She does this by partnering with established and emerging leaders to improve their performance; supporting managers to shift their careers and enabling business owners to establish a foundation for their success.

As an experienced leadership and career coach, she sees the impact of coaching through improving individual and team effectiveness and productivity. Rebecca enjoys the mutual benefits that coaching offers and is rewarded by seeing the results of her clients while continuing to reflect on and refine her own practice.

Over the past 15 years, Rebecca has designed and delivered change projects and programs within diverse industries including technology, healthcare, transport, utilities and retail in complex private and public sector organisations such as Telstra, Medibank, VicRoads, Energy Australia and Coles.

She is committed to continuous learning and enjoys sharing her insights and experience with others. Rebecca is an active contributor to local and global change and coaching communities and has been a Volunteer Leader of the ICF Southern States Branch since 2018, reflecting her desire to contribute to the coaching profession and invest in her own personal growth and professional development.
