Master Certified Coach (MCC) Coach Educator, Coach Mentor and Team Coach

For the last 14 years Sue has immersed herself in the purposeful and meaningful work that coaching creates, partnering with 1000’s of executives and leaders globally to create positive, sustainable professional and personal growth. Prior to coaching Sue held various leadership roles in the corporate world of Telecommunications and Banking.

Sue has extensive international experience, working across many countries and cultures, having worked with senior leaders from Salesforce, DXC, AON, Local and State Government, Facebook, Ricoh, Warner Brothers and Seven Network.

Sue brings her collective experience to create a safe but dynamic environment to stretch thinking, challenge perspectives, create deep self-awareness and act as a sounding board ensuring every session is hugely valuable and insightful.

She has been part of the Coaching Australia training team since 2011, delivering their Executive Certified Coach Program, an ICF accredited program across Australia & Asia to senor leaders from a diverse range of multinational organisations.

In 2013 Sue was invited to be involved in intensive research initiatives on the impact coaching has on leaders and is a sought-after mentor for coaches looking to further develop their skills. She is also an “Inspiring Rare Birds Business Mentor” working across a diverse range of industries with leaders across all tiers to identify their interference’s to reaching their full potential.

Being a role model for living a balanced lifestyle Sue enjoys daily yoga and ocean swims, spending quality time with her 2 daughters and husband, snow skiing and travel.
