Biography

Sue is a credentialled executive coach and facilitator. She brings a valuable blend of coaching and learning and development expertise, combined with extensive corporate experience.

She is passionate about leveraging her experience to empower and develop others to achieve professional and personal success.

Having worked in a diverse range of roles at Deloitte and KPMG in London and Sydney, Sue understands many of the challenges leaders and managers face.

Initially qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Sue’s business experience includes strategic growth, stakeholder and client relationships, executive transitions, business development, account management, program design and management, and personal brand.

Whist at Deloitte, Sue established two iconic development programs supporting executive transitions and developing the next generation of ASX100 CFOs.

Sue has experience working with, coaching and facilitating all levels of an organisation including C-suite executives and emerging leaders. She has developed and facilitated numerous workshops, learning experiences and small group coaching programs, including Leader as Coach programs.

Sue empowers her clients to enhance leadership skills, advance their careers, achieve goals, build confidence, navigate challenges and change, and successfully transition into new roles.
