Richard Day is a dynamic Professional Speaker, Corporate Facilitator and a successful Executive, Leadership & High-Performance Coach and has been working within the Leadership, Business and Professional Development industry for thirty-five years, both nationally and internationally.
He has a bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance, a Diploma of Education and has recently completed post graduate studies at Charles Sturt University in Leadership and Organisational Coaching.
In the years after his graduation he worked with elite level sports athletes and teams as a sport conditioning specialist and an executive health coach. He then became interested in strategies for the achievement of high-level performance in the corporate sector and began working with executives and business leaders in the area of leadership, self-leadership, high performance strategies and team leadership.
Richard is a founding partner at the “Life & Business Leadership Institute” a business specializing in topics relating to co creating high performance outcomes. He consults broadly to a diverse range of businesses in the following areas: Leadership, Team Leadership, Business Strategy, Success Coaching (Business and Life), Self[1] Leadership (Time Management, Change Management, Stress Management, Powerful Conversations, Resilience and Health Management) as well as Developing High Performing Teams.
He is an advisory Board Member, Australian Sales Partner and Business Angel for PocketConfidant, a worldwide AI platform that drives learning conversations in individuals and organisations to develop self-awareness and self-reflection capability.

He is a contributing author to the book “Millionaire Coach” along with sixteen other leading Australian coaches and he has recently completed his own book on Self Leadership (“You-nification: How to Increase your Levels of Impact, Influence and Income”).
His experience in the presentation design and structure of corporate and leadership seminars and programs and individual and business success strategies has resulted in him presenting on these topics and others at International, National and State Conferences since 1989.
He is a fully qualified MBTI (Myers Briggs) facilitator as well as a registered licensee of the Integrity and Values Personal Profile instrument, which identifies personal and professional development opportunities for individual and team success.
He is a member of the following professional associations: International Coaching Federation as well as a member of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. He is also a registered professional coach (PCC) with the ICF. Richard has had extensive radio experience and has appeared on the following stations over a ten-year period Radio 3UZ, Radio 3LO, Sport 927, Radio 3AW, Radio 3AK and SEN Sport speaking on issues of life and business leadership to a wide audience.
Richard’s strong commitment to developing the leadership potential of adults and youth within Australia has seen him lead the Powerhouse Power2Lead program as well as the Rotary Youth Leadership Program. He is also Chairperson and board member for the “Stop One Punch Can Kill” charity, which is dedicated to the elimination of social and street violence.
