Biography

Dominique is an ICF credentialled coach (PCC level), trainer and facilitator with a passion to support excellence in leadership.

Her extensive experience training and coaching leaders in the public sector (Department of Defence; Australian Federal Police; NSW State Government) and private sector (Finance, Goods and Services, Manufacturing, Recruitment, Automotive, etc.) over the last 20 years, including her PhD research, provides clients with the rich and in-depth transformation necessary to tackle complex leadership challenges.

Dominique’s approach – in training, coaching and facilitation – is multi-disciplinary, drawing on social cognitive neuroscience, positive psychology, systemic constellation and mindfulness.
