I have been an executive coach, facilitator, program designer, presenter, and professional actor for more than 20 years.
I have worked with many of the world’s leading organisations both within Australia and offshore including Qantas, Ernst and Young, Accenture, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Microsoft, BP, EMI, Booz and Company, Exxon Mobil, Caltex, GE, Laing O’Rourke, Rio Tinto and The Reserve Bank of Australia. My work in the fields of leadership development, communication skills training, coach training and one-to-one coaching, has taken me to 19 countries around the world, including the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, the UK and the USA.
As a coach, I have worked extensively in the Consulting, Legal and Finance sectors. As a facilitator, I design and facilitate customised programs in communication skills, influencing skills, coaching skills, team building skills and presentation skills for people leaders at all levels in the public and private sectors, whether through my own clients – I am a preferred training supplier to Qantas – or through long term relationships with several established training providers. I have a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Communication, from Deakin University and I am a member by invitation of the Golden Key International Honour Society, an internationally recognised organisation dedicated to academic excellence. I am a credentialed Executive Coach (ACC) with the ICF and accredited in MBTI®, MBTI Step II®, FIRO-B®, FIRO Business™, MLQ Plus™ and DiSC personality Profile System. I also have a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
As an actor, I have appeared in several productions for the Sydney Theatre Company and performed Shakespeare’s plays in Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. I have also appeared in many local and US television and film productions.
