Biography

Bettina Al-Sadik Executive Coach, PCC Leadership Facilitator Bettina Al-Sadik is an experienced executive coach (PCC, ICF), team and mentor coach and management trainer who draws on her extensive corporate background to deliver high impact outcomes for her clients.

Over the past ten years, Mrs. Al-Sadik was based in Japan, Germany and China and has partnered with international clients ofglobal organizations across different industries, academic and research organizations. Her facilitation and coaching experience spans all organizational levels, where she has successfully worked with leaders to enhance capability and performance.

Prior to coaching and training, Mrs. Al-Sadik held senior leadership roles and responsibilities in Marketing, International Brand Management, Sales and Strategy with Bayer and Canon. She led international and interdisciplinary teams coming from Europe, the US and Asia.

Mrs. Al-Sadikgot her Diplom-Kauffrau (Economics and Business) from University of Dortmund, Germany, and she is now on her way to getting her external PhD on the topic of “Career development of Chinese female Senior Executives” from the University of Burgundy, France.

She has lived in China, Japan and France for more than 9 years and comes from a multicultural family background. Mrs. Al-Sadik currently resides in Shanghai with her husband and 2 children and speaks native German, fluent English and French.
