Anoop is an award-winning Global Human Resources Leader, an accomplished Executive Coach, Entrepreneur, and developer of high performing leaders. As the former Vice President of HR for Ford Australia and New Zealand, and a highly experienced C-Suite Leader, Director and Board Member, Anoop brings a unique blend of business nous and people skills to deliver business results. Anoop was awarded the highly prestigious Australian HR Leader of the Year Award in 2022.

Anoop’s coaching style reflects his values and his experience, which is all about authenticity, establishing deep and meaningful relationships with clients, looking at issues from a systemic perspective, and engaging them in a journey that supports them in realizing their fullest potential. He has coached and mentored hundreds of leaders internationally over the last twenty years to unlock their inner hero and be awesome at work.

As a lifelong learner and a connector of dots, his journey has been about leading large-scale transformations and delivering business results with over thirty-five years of experience in senior leadership positions in Human Resources, Business Services, Financial, Engineering and Manufacturing portfolios of Ford Motor Company in Australia, US, India, and Thailand.

Anoop is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialled Associate Certified Coach (ACC), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) certified Individual Coach (EIA) and Team Coach (ITCA) and an Organisational Facilitator. He is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a Member of the Society of Automotive Engineers Australasia, and has numerous qualifications across a diverse range of fields including his Masters in Engineering and Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Anoop is the father of two girls and lives a life filled with purpose. He applies his values and holistic experience to lead with influence and grace as he comes alongside multi-billion-dollar organisations to solve the systemic challenges they face in a fast-paced world. As a mentor and coach, he guides leaders to lead with purpose, build impactful teams and deliver sustainable results.
