  • Linley is passionate about coaching and training coaching skills. She has been working in this field globally since 2001, completing over 3000 hours of coaching and training of more than 500 new coaches and managers coaching skills.

Linley teaches coaching regularly around the globe on public courses, in private companies and at Auckland University. She plays an active role in the coaching community globally being an assessor for both the International Coach Federation and a recognised coach training school. She also formally mentors many coaches in their professional development. Linley currently sits on an ICF global task force for credentialing. She attends many industry conferences and trainings to further her own professional development.
