The ECCP is a proven and highly reputable programme with differentiating benefits in the marketplace. It has been approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and provides the required “coach specific training hours” for those individuals seeking the first level (Associate Certified Coach) of an ICF credential.
Additionally, our ECCP provides a pathway to a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching with Swinburne University.

Our ECCP is delivered via two 3-day face-to-face workshops supported by four podcasts and 4 group forum conference calls between the two workshops, followed by 3 additional monthly group mentoring calls and e-mail support.
