Coach Mentoring Programme (CM2)

COACH MENTORING PROGRAM

Our Coach Mentoring Program is designed in alignment with the International Coach Federation (ICF) to support your ICF credential or renewal application for ACC or PCC. The requirement is a total of 10 hours mentoring with a credentialled coach, 7 hours in a small group setting and 3 individual hours.

Mentor Coaching is about the coach-mentee being mentored on their coaching skills while linking them to the ICF Core Competencies in a supportive and collaborative environment. The program will stretch you but is highly rewarding in further developing your coaching capability.

The 3 individual coach mentoring component is arranged independently with the coach to book in mutually suitable times where you supply recorded coaching sessions to unpack with your mentor.

What a pleasure it was to take part in the CA Coach Mentoring Program! With the perfect combination of honing in on the ICT competencies and practical coaching I thoroughly enjoyed each of the 7 fortnightly mentoring sessions. Revisiting the competencies allowed me to consider how I am aligning to these in my coaching practice and what more I could do to provide further value to those that I coach. The opportunity to observe others coaching and to coach in front of my peers was invaluable. I felt privileged to be in a safe space where observing, giving and receiving feedback as well as having thoughtful discussion was warmly welcomed by the group.
